What is Connected Deepwork?

Connected Deepwork is a form of virtual co-working that brings the collaborative spirit of a physical coworking space to the online world.

It is a looser and more flexibel form of co-working than the SC Productivity Power Hours.

What to expect in the session

Each Deepwork session stretches runs for 3 hours plus a 15 minutes check-out.

✳ Quick check-in on Zoom

We meet on zoom at 8:45 CET/CEST (Vienna time) and start our Deepwork session with a short ice-breaker.

We share what we will be working on, how we will manage our time and what we aim to have accomplished by the end of the session.

✳ Individual Deep Work

The deep work we do will be asynchronous, yet connected.

We will leave the Zoom room and individually work individually on our projects.

This highly flexible approach allows us to work at our own preferred interval and to work offline or out of the office / outdoors if needed.

✳ Check-out

At 11:45 CET/CEST (Vienna time) we meet again in Zoom to talk about what we have accomplished, celebrate our successes and share our next steps.

If you are not available for a zoom meeting at the check-out time, you can send a quick text message to share what you have accomplished.

This creates a sense of togetherness, focus and accountability even if your work schedule doesn’t allow for a check-out time.
