Akira is a Venezuelan architect, Project Management Specialist, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Agile Coach certified, Scrum Master (CSM), Management 3.0 and Collaboration Superpower Licensed Facilitator and as Certified Facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ Method and Materials.

With extensive years of experience executing and leading projects in the sectors of Construction, Telecommunications, IT, and Banking. Currently works in Globant as a Project Manager/Scrum Master working with agile teams to deliver value to the clients. In addition to her actual role, she is a trainer of Project Management, Agile Methods, and Management 3.0 practices.

Also, she participates actively in the development of the profession of Project Management being an international speaker and university professor of postgraduate of the diploma in Project Management of the PUCV (Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, Chile).
