Neha is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience guiding organizational transformation, culture evolution, and business-aligned people strategy across corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She has expertise in Agile HR, Lean organizational design, DEI, change management, and talent enablement, helping leaders and teams implement adaptive practices that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and performance.

Neha holds an MBA in Human Resources and is certified in ICF Associate Coaching, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, PROSCI Change Management, Enterprise Agile HR / ICAgile, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), enabling her to integrate coaching, change leadership, and agile methodologies into HR strategy and team development.
