In ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn hat Anna Unternehmer*innen unterstützt, HR-Abteilungen aufgebaut, Führungsverantwortung übernommen, Start-ups beraten und Erfahrungen mit kleinen und größeren Organisationen gemacht. Sie hat Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung und Führung studiert, ist TÜV-zertifizierter systemischer Coach und ist vielseitig weitergebildet. Als selbstständige HR-Expertin, Beraterin, Coach und Trainerin begleitet sie Menschen, Teams und Organisationen in Lern-, Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen. In ihrer Führungsrolle hat sie mit hybriden Teams gearbeitet. Heute erlebt sie die Herausforderungen ihrer Kunden, wenn ihre Teammitglieder nicht immer gemeinsam im Büro zusammenkommen. Als Collaboration Superpowers Facilitator unterstützt sie gerne bei der Entwicklung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit im virtuellen Raum.

Anna has more than 33 years of experience, having provided support to entrepreneurs, established HR departments, offered consulting to startups, and gained experience as a leader in large and small organizations across various disciplines. She founded her business in 2021 as a People & Organizational Consultant, Coach, and Trainer, helping individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative learning, development, and change processes.

Having previously held a leadership position within a hybrid team, she has firsthand experience in addressing the challenges faced by her clients when their team members are not consistently co-located in the company's office.

As a Collaboration Superpowers Facilitator, she enjoys designing and facilitating workshops to assist leaders and teams in navigating flexible working conditions.
