Come experience seamless online collaboration in a workshop built for two (and more) locations. Collaboration Superpowers has teamed up with Nureva to bring you the world's first ever Twin City Collaboration Workshop!

We will be using the Nureva Wall and Span Workspace in both Amsterdam and Calgary to show you how seamless and powerful remote collaboration can be.

What it means to lead in the modern day workforce and how you can use remote working to your company’s advantage.

Managing remotely is different than managing in person. Successful remote working results from a finely tuned, consciously chosen combination of skill set, mind set, and tool set. But note that what remote teams need most from their managers concerns mind set. For a remote team to succeed, its manager must both believe that remote teams can succeed and trust that each member will come through as expected.

This workshop will teach you how to set up your remote teams for success!

Specifically, you will learn how to:
  • Demonstrate trust and build camaraderie with virtual colleagues.
  • Create alignment and establish guidelines for working together remotely.
  • Setup effective systems for feedback, appreciation, and conflict resolution with remote team members.
