Ready to create engaged and productive virtual collaboration with your team and in online meetings?

Remote teams need to acquire new skills to build trust with one another and effectively maximise their online collaboration. 


The Workshop

This workshop is your roadmap to working online as if you were in the office together. It focuses on creating a new mindset for remote working to create connection, productivity and sustainability. During the series you will implement action items to immediately reap tangible rewards in your remote collaboration.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll be on your way to having a productive, aligned remote team that feels a sense of togetherness and have practical new tools and a bunch of inspiration to take back to your colleagues!

  • Avoid miscommunications and create clear agreements on how to collaborate together

  • Facilitate meetings like a pro where everyone contributes

  • Increase trust and camaraderie by simulating an office environment

  • Inspire continuous improvement by conducting remote retrospectives and creating a culture of appreciation


The Work Together Anywhere Workshop is made up of four 90 min interactive online sessions where we get to push all the remote buttons.

We will meet Tuesdays at 4PM AEST 

  • 14 July 2020 -  Creating team agreements
  • 21 July  2020 - Facilitate online meetings like a pro
  • 28 July 2020 -  Working together online
  • 4th Augusts 2020 -  Feedback, appreciation, and celebrations


Pricing

Early Bird Price until July 7, 2020: $397 per person

Regular Price after July 7, 2020: $497per person (if two people of the same company sign-up, the total price is $895).

In this workshop, we will be playing with a number of different online tools.

To enhance the learning there will be material to view (articles & videos) as well as dialog with learning partners between sessions (estimated prep 1 hour per week).
